Sometimes you fall, but get back up!

Hello my lovely followers!

So last week, I took my first anatomy exam of the semester. Not only did I bust my tushy studying for this thing, I believed I was over prepared. Well, my score didn't reflect that so much. Win some lose some right? So after I cried to my professor, first time I've ever done this, and my mother, I had to dust myself off. Time to move on and keeping looking forward. I had to re-evaluate the way I study and prepare for anatomy. So now I'm studying, and the next exam isn't till mid March. uggh. It never stops. bihvar. Any who, I'm feeling so much better now because I'm for once ahead of the game. Yay!

As for my weekend, it was AMAZING! Me and my girlies headed to Nashville to stay with a friend. We had so much fun. I have a friend attending Bellmont in Nashville, so while the girlies went to a concert, me and him headed over to Green Hills mall. First off, I loved this mall, hello Kate Spade store! After some window shopping we headed for the Cheesecake Factory to indulge. I got the Godiva Chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious! I absolutely adore the Cheesecake Factory. Afterwards he showed me the sights of downtown Nashville, got to see TSwifts loft, and the rest of his campus which was beautiful! Much nicer than the concrete jungle of Knoxville. So far this week has treated me pretty nicely. Tonight I attended my final international event for the year. I went to Bangladesh night which was really fun! I even participated and got a henna tattoo.

Hope everyone is having a lovely week!

Because there's a lot going on in there..

Sooo, got a lot on my mind tonight. First of, lets say the beginning of this week was rough. Not school wise really, which kind of frustrates when people try to compare their life to mine. No, your not having empathy right now, your talking yourself up. K. Alright thats off my chest. My week was rough A) a family member went missing last week, which is hard when it actually happens to you. B) My brother was in the ER on monday. So yes, that was a little emotionally rough.

But lemme just say God is good. I might have had an anatomy exam that was really tough, but the Lord blessed me with a weekend that was so good. And He has surrounded me with people that are lifting me up. If you haven't I would recommend cutting out those who pull you down. Also, set some weekly attainable goals for yourself. Like me, I have a heart for the church, and my ministry is within the church. So this week I have set one goal that can be easily attainable. Now on my part its just setting 15 minutes aside and actually following through.

I hope everyone is going to have a great Valentines Day and enjoys themselves. And if you didn't know, Jesus loves you. He loves you unconditionally.

xoxo

Crayola Skies

Helloooooo new followers! Welcome to my little world here.

This Super Sunday was my first that was actually extremely enjoyable. This morning included a great church service, followed by lunch with my beaus family. They are so much fun and I enjoy spending my time with them. After lunch we opted for our comfy cozy sunday clothes and headed back to my house. Where the beau worked on some things for school and I finished a philosophy paper. Yuck! I def think it was probably one of my worst papers, heres to having my fingers crossed my professor likes it! He took a little nap, and lets just say how cute it was to watch him sleep. We had a nice little dinner with the parentals and watched the game. Needless to say I don't think the halftime show was top notch. With all this technology why couldn't the microphones at least work properly?? Anyways, we had such a lovely day together. I can't believe we had gone so long apart, it feels like we are always together. I guess thats what its like when you carry someone in your heart.  Being separated for a month is def going to be hard, but I know we can do it. Hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend is preparing for a cute Valentines. We had Valentines this weekend, and it was amazing.
